Export management – looking after customers abroad


Sometimes it makes sense to have individual countries or regions looked after by an external export manager. An external export manager is a good alternative  for companies with lean structures or when expanding export activities before a critical size has been reached at which the hiring of one's own employee can be achieved. This can be for a short but also for a longer period of time.
I take on these tasks for a limited period of time as a consulting service.
